Gordon Moller – President
A veteran of 20 years in the wireless industry, Gordon has held leadership positions in digital microwave and wireless equipment markets for leading systems suppliers. A proven start up executive, he built and led successful operations, marketing/sales, and tech support teams in both U.S. and international markets. Prior to founding Cielo Networks, Gordon was Nera Networks’ VP for North American business development, sales and marketing. From 1999 to 2003 he was Ceragon’s VP of Marketing and Sales, leading the creation of the NorAm team and its direct and channel businesses. From 1993 to 1998, Gordon was a VP at Innova and played a key role in the start up microwave radio company's successful IPO. Prior to Innova he served as a Sales Manager and VP of Business Development for Decibel Products/Allen Telecom and as senior consultant in the classified telecom & national security practices at Booz Allen & Hamilton.
A 1983 U. S. Naval Academy graduate, Gordon served as a U. S. Navy Signals Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Officer. He led technical intelligence teams on classified submarine special operations, served on various warships, and led mission operations at the Navy’s largest SIGINT facility. He is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute and the National Security Agency’s Advanced Officer Course.
Brian Wright – Technical Director
Brian brings more than 14 years of experience in the broadband wireless industry, including PTP Microwave, WiMAX, and LMDS. He has held technical management positions for leading systems suppliers, including Ceragon, Nera, Fujitsu, SpectraPoint, and Bosch Telecom. With his strong technical background, he has worked with customers in various industries to develop digital broadband network design and deployment strategies and supported many successful network builds and network life cycle QOS assurance.
Prior to entering the broadband wireless industry Brian worked for Texas Instruments in the Defense Systems Electronics Group as a design engineer for many Air Force and Navy airborne next generation FLIR projects, including the design and implementation for a Laser Control System for the Hellfire missile.
A 1989 graduate of Southern Methodist University, Brian holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering.
Sale Lilly - Sales Director
Sale has over 25 years of wireless and associated industry experience, working in sales and business development for three start up businesses and two international companies. Before Cielo, Sale was the Sales Director for Nera in North America from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, he was with Ceragon and helped establish and grow their U.S. business. Sale also was also in the Bosch Telecom team that became SpectraPoint Wireless, a Cisco-Motorola JV, and was responsible for business development and sales efforts in Latin America and Canada, where he made the first sale of LMDS microwave equipment by any US company. Earlier Sale was a business development and sales director for the Defense Systems Equipment Group at Texas Instruments.
A 1978 U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Sale served as a Surface Warfare Officer aboard warships and Asso. Professor of Naval Science at Auburn. He served in the Naval Reserve in Military Sealift units, retiring as a Commander in 1998.
Len Gee - Sales Director
Len has over 25 years of sales & marketing experience in the telecom industry in both wireless and wired connectivity solutions. He served as Director of Sales for Digital Microwave Corp. (now Harris Stratex) where he successfully positioned DMC as the master microwave backhaul supplier for all Motorola GSM networks in international markets. He co-founded Wireless Inc., a start up marketer of PTP and PMP wireless systems. Subsequent mergers brought him to Alvarion; as Director of Government Sales he successfully developed the military & government “Wireless Tactical Broadband” vertical market. As Eastern VP of Sales for Terabeam/Proxim Wireless Len was part of a turn-around team that led Proxim from bankruptcy to profitability. Here Len’s experience expanded beyond traditional telecom carrier & federal markets into 802.11, video, and WiMAX applications for municipalities & public safety. Most recently, Len led distribution & channel sales for a start up focused on 80GHz PTP GigE solutions for the rapidly increasing backhaul bandwidth demand.
Len hails from Chicago and attended Northeastern Illinois University. He served in the Military Police Army Reserve.
